Trevi vs LMNT: My Honest Take

I’ve tried both Trevi and LMNT myself, and honestly, it comes down to two different things for me — taste and how they actually make me feel.

Taste

Trevi just didn’t do it for me. Straight up, I didn’t like the taste.

LMNT is more hit or miss. Some days I don’t mind it, other times not really my thing. It’s not a drink I’d say tastes great — but taste isn’t really why I keep coming back to it.

The Effect

This is where the real difference shows up for me. After drinking one of these, something shifts in my body — it’s like the laziness just switches off. I go from not wanting to do anything to actually wanting to get up and get something done. It genuinely boosts my energy.

And LMNT is the one that does this most reliably for me. It’s the one that actually rips through my laziness and gets me moving, more than Trevi does.

My Verdict

If I had to pick one: LMNT. Not because it tastes better — it doesn’t always — but because it’s the one that actually delivers the hydration/energy effect I’m looking for. Trevi didn’t win me over on taste or on that same kick.

That’s just my experience — taste is subjective and everyone’s body reacts differently, so your mileage may vary.
